KELOWNA, BC – Copper Brewing has announced the first two releases in its new Barrel Series of limited edition wood-aged beers.
Imperial Porter (9.4% abv):
The combination of rich dark chocolate notes, signature Brettanomyces barnyard character, and 10 months in French oak red wine barrels creates a multi dimensional flavour experience.
Flanders Red (8.3% abv):
Our version of this Belgian style has sour cherry and candy-like flavours upfront with subtle oak in the background. Additionally, the farmhouse character of Brettanomyces lends a beautiful complexity to this beer.
Both beers are available now at the Copper Brewing retail store, and online shop.
