OTTAWA, ON – Dominion City Brewing has announced the return of a beer brewed in collaboration with a local Anishinabeg community organization.
The Good Way Sumac IPA (6% abv):
Brewed with our friends Mike and Anna from Minobideg Learning, based in the Algonquin Anishinabeg community of Kitigan Zibi, this beer features ingredients collaboratively foraged from the land, including cattail root and sumac.
A portion of the proceeds from each can sold supports Mike and Anna’s efforts to build connection between Indiginous and non-Indigenous people and to share land literacy skills with young people.
The Good Way is available now at the Dominion City retail store and online shop. It will also be featured as one of the beer pairings at a Minobideg Dinner taking place at the brewery on Friday December 17th.
