TORONTO, ON – Burdock Brewery has announced the release of a new ale and a returning lager.
Double IPA (8.6% abv):
DIPA your toes into flavour country with this brand spanking new, double dry-hopped IPA! Featuring the sacred trinity of Simcoe, Mosaic and El Dorado, you can expect to be overcome with juice-positive feelings. This highly fresh DIPA is on double duty, delivering non-discrete concentrations of tangerine, grapefruit and spruce tips.
Dort Dock Lager (5.5% abv):
Welcome to Lager Ville: the smoothest city on earth – where everyone gets a full foam pillow to rest their heads, and a complimentary slice of white bread. After a brief sojourn, DortDock (longtime resident of Lager Ville) is back! Expect the usual creamy/honey/sweet/smooth disposition, with just enough bitterness to enter the highly regulated “crispy” category.
