ORO-MEDONTE, ON – Quayle’s Brewery has announced the release of its latest small-batch beer.
Quick Witted Wheat Beer (5% abv):
In our Wit beer we used a Norwegian Hornindal Kveik yeast. This strain of yeast produces more tones of stone fruit and tropical fruit, making it more fruity and less clove-like than a classic Wit. It’s gently spiced with coriander, grains of paradise, bitter orange peel, grapefruit peel, and Ontario Chinook hops. This beer is cloudy and perfect with a seafood dish – or even dim sum!
