OTTAWA, ON – Spark Beer has announced the release of a new beer to mark a milestone for the brewery.
Fête 2021 (7% abv):
Brewed in celebration of our second anniversary, this dark amber Belgian pale ale was aged in our oak foeder and fermented with a mixed culture of yeast including Brettanomyces. Deep rich caramel on the nose morphs into a fun, funky dark fruit finish with mid-level tannins. A delicious, complex beer that is perfect for cooler weather.
Fête 2021 is available now at the Spark Beer retail store and online shop.
