MONTREAL, QC – Quebec-based culture and design website Baron Mag has announced the release of the fourth in an annual series of “bookzines” focused on the craft brewing industry.
Recettes De Bières & Industrie Brassicole 2021 is a French-language publication featuring recipes for a range of beer styles presented in collaboration with 30 different breweries and homebrew suppliers Le Clan des Brasseurs.
Also included are a number of editorial features, including a guide to Quebec’s craft breweries, interviews with brewers about challenges faced in 2021 and upcoming projects in 2022, tips for homebrewers, and much more.
In conjunction with its release, Baron Mag is also presenting the 2nd annual Le Brassage d’idées Brassicoles, a two-week series of online sessions and roundtables covering various aspects of the brewing industry.
