ELORA, ON – Elora Brewing has announced the release of a new beer inspired by “the makers of our community”.
Community of Makers Imperial Coffee Nitro Stout (8.1% abv):
Community of Makers is a hefty imperial stout with bold notes of rum-filled chocolate and dark, rich coffee. Our first ever nitro beer is nice and heavy, creamy and smooth. It’s noticeable alcohol will definitely warm you up while you share a pint with your friends beside a winter campfire.
How we made it: Elora Coffee Roasters coffee was first aged in an Elora Distilling Co. rum barrel, and then the coffee grounds were used to make this beer. And to complete the makers’ circle, the spent grain will be used by the Elora Bread Trading Co. for delicious baked goods. You don’t get more Elora than this!
