NEW WESTMINSTER, BC – Steel & Oak Brewing has announced this year’s vintage of an annual favourite.
Blush Rosé Saison (6.4% abv):
This yearly release is conditioned on grape skins from our neighbours at Pacific Breeze Winery. 2022’s vintage uses 100% Cab Franc grapes and has been refremented and naturally carbonated in the bottle to give it a sparkling wine-like quality. 2022 Blush has bright notes of rhubarb and cherry cola interlaced with rounder notes of white pepper and bumbleberry. That’s right, bumbleberry.
Blush Rosé Saison is available now at the Steel & Oak retail store and online shop, and is also being distributed to select private liquor stores in British Columbia.
