TORONTO, ON – Great Lakes Brewery has announced the release of a new light and flavourful ale.
MacGuffin American Blonde Ale (4.5% abv):
This American Blonde Ale has the expressive yeast character of Voss Kveik, which boosts the citrus aromatics of the Talus, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin hops. MacGuffin is fermented extra warm, enabling it to produce a fluffy white head and full flavour. A gentle dry hop balances tropical fruit and a subtle spice characteristic. The kettle hops provide as touch of bitterness as well as a backbone to the perceived sweetness, balancing this golden ale nicely.
MacGuffin will be available today (February 3rd) at 4:00 PM at the Great Lakes retail shop and online store.
