EDGERTON, AB – Ribstone Creek Brewery has announced the latest release in its Very Small Batch series of limited edition beers.
Scottish Ale (6% abv):
This Scottish Ale pours a stunning dark copper and presents a malt forward character with slight carmel and noticeable grassiness on the first sip. You may even notice a touch of peaty flavour in there as well. Aroma is a mild bready grassiness.
Scottish Ale is available now via the Ribstone Creek online shop, and will be in stock this weekend at the brewery taproom and Bountiful Farmers Market in Edmonton.
