GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with beer blogger Drunk Polkaroo.
Two Pad Stack IIPA (9% abv):
An old school West Coast IIPA, Two Pad Stack pours an off-clear golden yellow with a fluffy white head. A sturdy but uncomplicated malt body allows the hops to shine and be the center of attention. Dank, citrusy hops lead the way with plenty of both hop aroma and flavour. A full mouthfeel with a sticky, oily hop character, it’s bitter without being overpowering. Drinks way too easy for its elevated ABV.
