KITCHENER, ON – Counterpoint Brewing has announced the release of a new beer in collaboration with Chef Teneile Warren to recognize Black History Month.
Rubee Rose Saison:
Modelled after delicious Jamaican Sorrel drink, Rubee Rose is a Saison with (Hibiscus) Sorrel, ginger, allspice and cinnamon. In the words of Teneile, “Rubee Rose is a little bit of Mento music and a whole lot of flavour.” Best paired with jerk pork or jerk jackfruit.
