The Establishment Brewing Company Releases Trick to Happy NEIPA

CALGARY, AB – The Establishment Brewing Company has announced the release of a new – and “(somewhat) restrained” – New England style IPA.

Trick to Happy NEIPA (6.4% abv):

The trick to this mad hoppy beer is Escarpment Laboratories Thio Libre yeast. You might recognize it from recent productions like Dream Synopsis. This state-of-the-art yeast is a crafty trick that lets brewers like us unleash the full power of the hops’ thiols without pushing the ABV to the limit. Like all good New England IPAs, this makes the hops’ vibrant fruit aroma the story of the hour, but unlike some other NEIPAs, you can enjoy this one for longer than a standard happy hour. We consider it a privilege to be able to flex the power of Thiol Libre to make hop-heavy beers that are a bit blunted from an alcohol content perspective. You’ll want more than your fair share, and that’s okay!

Trick to Happy is available now at the Establishment retail shop and online store.
