TORONTO, ON – Collective Arts Brewing has announced the release of the latest small-batch beer brewed at the Collective Arts Toronto brewpub.
Resignation Letter British Bitter (4.2% abv):
Resignation Letter is an English session beer, brewed with Chevalier Malt, which is a recently revitalized heritage barely variety from the early 1800s. With two crystal malts, Golding and Bramling Cross hops, aromas of sweet cookies and dark berries are balanced with just a slight bitterness. A nice full bodied beer with a lower alcohol percentage makes this the perfect evening brew.
Resignation Letter is available now at the Collective Arts online shop, and the brewery retail stores in Toronto and Hamilton.
