ORO-MEDONTE, ON – Quayle’s Brewery has announced the release of a new flavoured sour ale.
Nightshade Gose (4.2% abv):
A colourful spiced sour, with light additions of black limes, salt, coriander, and grains of paradise. Butterfly pea flowers were used to give it a stunning purple colour – the petals of these flowers have been used as a colouring for centuries. While it doesn’t change the flavour profile, it adds the wonderful colour you see here. Sip, savour, and ENJOY! Spring is just around the corner!
