Blood Brothers Brewing and Town Brewery Release Collaboration Pack & Holding Tap Takeover at The Garrison

TORONTO & WHITBY, ON – Blood Brothers Brewing and Town Brewery have announced the release of a collaborative pair of beers that answer the question: “What would you like to drink at your favourite dive bar?”

Blood 5.0 Ale (5% abv):

We took the ingredients from one of our nostalgic go-to beers, sourced the best quality ingredients and amplified a few things to give you the experience you always wanted. The resulting ale is a full-bodied, lightly fruity, lightly malted and easily crushable brew that dunks on its inspiration. We may have just kicked off a domestic beer revolution over here at Blood Brothers and you have been given front row seats.

Town Good Life Lager (4.6% abv):

We’re very excited to release the sparkling wine of beers. Good Life is a light and crispy little number, that finishes drier and with slightly more hop presence than its inspiration. It’s got us all kinds of nostalgic over here and wondering when our next American Light Lager will hit the production plan.

Both beers will be available along with a selection of other beers from both breweries at The Garrison in Toronto as part of a free admission tap takeover event tomorrow (Saturday April 2nd) starting at 8:00 PM. The evening will also feature live music from Shitbats, High Signs, and Faiyaz & The Wasted Chances.

5.0 and Good Life are available now as a mixed four-pack via the Blood Brothers and Town online stores, with each purchase including an option to RSVP for a guest list that guarantees admission to the tap takeover before 9:00 PM.
