GIBSONS, BC – The 101 Brewhouse & Distillery has announced the release of a new seasonal strong lager.
Bob’s Autobahn Lager (7% abv):
Pale lager brewed in celebration of Spring to shake off those winter blues. German malts and Mandarina Bavaria hops are used in this sped up version of our classic Bob’s Auto Lager – more malt, more hops, more ABV. We brewed this Maibock style when Van Isle Violet saw her shadow Feb 2nd and we knew we had at least 6 weeks of winter left! The perfect time to brew this delicious lager that needs to be fermented slow and low for at least 8 weeks.
