Broadhead Brewery Releases Peach Mango Kolsch and Grapefruit Gose

OTTAWA, ON – Broadhead Brewery has announced the release of two beers – one returning favourite, the other brand new – just in time for the upcoming long weekend.

Peach Mango Kolsch (4.8% abv):

Back by popular demand, the winner of our 174 March Madness Bracket and our beer of the summer from 2020 AND 2021, it’s Peach Mango Kolsch! Pouring an opaque, pineapple yellow with a frothy light head. This beauty strikes you with aromas of fresh peaches, mangos and a touch of malty sweetness. Upon first sip you’ll find loads of mango with a mild pilsner like maltiness and peachy vibe rounding out the sip. It’s medium to light bodied, with good carbonation and a quick yet refreshing finish.

Grapefruit Gose (5% abv):

Pouring a slightly hazy light blonde colour with a quick dissipating head that leaves a touch of lacing on your glass. The nose has a zippy mix of fresh grapefruit & dried lemon peel, with a mild salinity and sour funk finish. Upon first sip it presents with moderate amounts of grapefruit and lemon peel, finishing with a pleasant citrus tartness and hints of saltiness from the sea salt and coriander. It’s light in body and brightly carbonated, with a quick and refreshingly dry finish.

Both beers are available now at the Broadhead taproom/retail store and online shop.
