CALGARY, AB – The Establishment Brewing Company has announced the release of a new beer in collaboration with local ice cream company Made By Marcus.
Sweet Leaf Sour Beer with Apricot & Bergamot (5.7% abv):
Alright now! Won’t you listen? The kettle’s been on, so pop your pinky and pour yourself some of this deeply delicious, bergamot and apricot steeped sour. While it’s not tea, it would no doubt tempt Earl Grey himself! After all, it’s bergamot oil that gives his namesake tea its signature fragrance. Bergamot is a citrus believed to be the product of cross-pollination of lemon and bitter orange, while this sweet beer is the fruitful outpouring of our work with Made By Marcus.
Sweet Leaf Sour Beer is available now at the Establishment retail store and online shop, and a sorbet made with the same flavours is available at all Made By Marcus locations.
