Winterlong Brewing Brings Back High Noon Hefeweizen

WHITEHORSE, YK – Winterlong Brewing has announced the return of a favourite summer seasonal after a three year hiatus.

High Noon Hefeweizen (5% abv) was one of Winterlong’s original opening beers, and is a traditional “German-style wheat beer featuring the classic spicy and fruity Bavarian yeast profile of banana and clove.”

The newly designed High Noon can features an image of a collared pika, a relative of hares and rabbits that lives on the alpine tundra of the Yukon, and is defined as a “Species at Risk” in Canada due to the effects of climate change. Like all Winterlong labels, it was created by artist and graphic designer Mary Binsted.

High Noon will be available tomorrow (May 20th) at the Winterlong taproom, retail store, and online shop. For more details, see the full release announcement.
