WINNIPEG, MB – Nonsuch Brewing has announced the release of its latest fruit-flavoured sour ale.
Goji Berry Sour (5.6% abv):
This pours a burnt yellow, almost like a light whiskey colour with a light to nonexistent head (as with most fruit sours.) Expect a bright, tart nose with goji berry and pleasant graininess aromas. A medium body (from the Cream Ale base) delivers cleanly fermented tart and sour notes atop a sweet backbone. Fruity overtones shine with flavours of Nanking cherry, plum, prune, and cranberry while remaining distinctly goji berry. The tart finish closes with a lingering fruitiness.
Goji Berry Sour is available now at the Nonsuch retail shop and online store, and select beer retailers in Manitoba.
