TORONTO, ON – Bellwoods Brewery is declaring “CANDEMONIUM” as three foeder-aged beers have returned to the line-up, and have shifted from bottles to cans.
Come What May Foeder Aged Hoppy Brett Beer (5% abv):
A complex beer that’s easy to drink! Lively aromatics of pineapple, orange zest, peach, and lemongrass with a firm hop bitterness, crisp body and the most subtle notes of smokey brett.
Brettal Head Foeder Aged Pale Ale (6% abv):
A hugely fruity style that balances acidity with notes of mango, apricot, and pineapple. Subtly earthy and spritely.
Come What May Dry Hopped Foeder Aged Hoppy Brett Beer (5% abv):
The additional time in the barrel expands an already interesting brett-induced funk and the inclusion of the dry hop has added notes of lime zest, cut grass and a grapefruity west coast hop profile to the base beer.
