CAMBRIDGE, ON – Four Fathers Brewing has announced the release of a new small batch ale.
Fluffy Baby Rattlesnake (6.1% abv):
This Kveik IPA (Norwegian yeast strain) uses a base of 2row and rice, and is dry hopped with loads of Loral, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops. Known for their crazy fermentation temperature ranges, this Kveik follows suit with a super warm fermentation temperature, before we packed it full of hops. Tasting notes of white wine, apricot, and lemon.
Fluffy Baby Rattlesnake is available now at the Four Fathers taproom.
