AYR, ON – Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery has announced the release to celebrate the 1st anniversary of Old Galt Bottle Shop.
Lassi IPA (5% abv):
We decided to venture a bit outside the farm (so to speak) taking an IPA dry hopped with Citra and Idaho-7, sprucing it up with a little mango puree, lactose and Madagascar vanilla and finishing it off with some lacto to balance that sweetness with a lil shot of sour. The end result is LASSI, our beer tribute to delicious lassi yogurt-based drinks of the Indian subcontinent.
This may sound all well and good but you may be left thinking: ok, what the hell does it taste like? Truthfully it tastes like sweet and sour mango and literal straight JUICE. So be sure to get them quick and while they’re cold.
