TORONTO, ON – Amsterdam Brewery has announced the release of the latest in its Adventure Brews series of small-batch beers.
Cool Thing Cold IPA (6.2% abv):
This hybrid style employs lager yeast and a West Coast hopping schedule to create an aromatic, light bodied hop forward beer with a balanced bitterness. Smells like: lychee and white grape. Tastes like: tangerine and peach.
Cool Thing is available now at the Amsterdam Brewery retail stores and online shop.
