TORONTO, ON – Goose Island Brewhouse has announced the release of a collaboration with beer ingredient suppliers Brew Culture.
Culture Weizen (4.6% abv):
For this one we decided to go back in time and brew the style of beer that got everyone involved in this project excited about Craft Beer, Hefeweizen. This beer pours cloudy yellow with a fruity and slightly floral aroma. On the palate, subtle flavours of banana and clove. Combined with its medium body and spritzy mouth feel, this beer is for sure a crusher to get you started on patio season!
Culture Weizen is available now at the Goose Island Brewhouse retail store and online shop.
