TORONTO, ON & LONDON, ON – Granite Brewery and Storm Stayed Brewing have announced the release of a new collaboration.
Top Down Steam Beer (5.3% abv):
Our collab is a Cali Common in the spirit of Anchor Steam–the cornerstone of modern craft beer in North America. Top Down was open-fermented, at ale temps, with the same lager strain Anchor uses, but with a bit of Cascade to go with the more “canonical” Northern Brewer hops.
Top Down is available now on tap and in cans at both breweries.
