MEAFORD, ON – Still Fields Brewery has announced the release of a new collaboration with Black Bellows Brewing.
Locals Only (6% abv):
Locals Only is for everyone! The name is a nod to locally sourced Ontario ingredients. Locals Only is a 100% wheat saison made with wheat malt, raw wheat, and raw spelt from Barn Owl Malt in PEC and hopped with our Cascade hops grown on our farm. We then blended in a portion of our house souring culture at bottling to add a touch of brightness. It has a nice balance of soft pillowy bready wheat character with a bitter backbone elevated by a touch of acidity.
