GRAVENHURST, ON – Sawdust City Brewing has announced the release of a quartet of flavoured kettle sours for summer.
Orange Creamsicle (4% abv):
A kettle sour with just the right amount of orange juice and clementine zest to bring forth a mimosa-like orangy-ness. Additions of vanilla and lactose sugar, sweeten the finish and add a luscious mouthfeel to this already insanely drinkable beer
Salted Mango (4% abv):
Pouring thick and creamy, it almost looks like a mango lassi. This delicious flavoured kettle sour is bursting with aromas and flavours of fresh mango. Using an insane amount of mango puree with just a touch of salt makes this tart summertime favourite a great way to beat the heat.
Jalapeno Lime (3.5% abv):
Roasted jalapeno and fresh lime zest aromas lead the way into this refreshing summertime favourite first brewed back in 2018. This one isn’t about the heat, it’s all about the flavour. With over 200 roasted jalapenos added to the brew, the delicious flavour of jalapeno is unmistakable.
Tepache (4% abv):
Based on the classic Mexican fermented drink, this pineapple-infused kettle sour has tons of tropical fruit flavor blended perfectly with just a hint of cinnamon, a touch of habanero, and a nice, refreshing tart kick.
All four beers are available now at the Sawdust City retail shop and online store.
