EDMONTON, AB – Blind Enthusiasm has announced the release of a new limited edition wheat beer.
Haze Zee (5.8% abv):
Haze Zee is a new creation that transforms our Zesty Zee German Wheat Ale with the application of copious hops; we also added a touch of oats for texture. We put Chinook, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin in the boil and then dry hopped it with Galaxy and Enigma for huge hop expression. This beer has plenty of tropical and citrus notes while still being only medium bitterness.
Haze Zee is available now Blind Enthusiasm’s Biera and Biera Market locations, and via the brewery’s online shop.
