HAMILTON, ON – Collective Arts Brewing has announced the latest release in its Wild Sour series of barrel-aged sour ales.
Black Raspberry Wild Sour (5.4% abv):
Our Black Raspberry Wild Sour is a blend of 2 year old oak aged golden sour beer and black raspberry puree – the perfect combination of bright, tart and jammy. Bottle conditioned for high carbonation with a distinct pink head, a deep red colour and a body rounded out perfectly by a light oak note. Simple and lively – making for the perfect summertime sour!
Black Raspberry Wild Sour is available now at the Collective Arts retail stores in Hamilton and Toronto, and the brewery’s online shop.
