Collective Arts Brewing Releases Persimmon Sorbet Sour and Paths Forward IPA

TORONTO, ON – Collective Arts Brewing has announced the release of two new small batch beers brewed at the Collective Arts Toronto brewpub.

Persimmon Sorbet Sour (6.5% abv):

This Persimmon Sour was brewed with bright and interesting flavours in mind. With aromas of dried apricot and sweet brown sugar and flavours of fruity sour notes that are balanced with notes of sweet light honey. This sour is perfect to enjoy in the late summer evening – pairs best with an old record that needs listening to!

Paths Forward IPA (7.2% abv):

For this IPA, we used Moutere, Comet & Cashmere Hops to give aromas of bright and juicy, peach, guava, ripe mango and grapefruit. With flavours of citrus peel, earthy cedar and notes of grapefruit juice, we know you will be reaching for this brew – the perfect IPA for a perfect summer day!

Both beers are available now at the brewery retail stores in Toronto and Hamilton, and the Collective Arts online shop.
