CALGARY, AB – Cabin Brewing has announced the release of the latest variant on its flagship Super Saturation New England Pale Ale.

Phantasm is an exciting new brewing weapon made from powdered New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grape skins. This magic elixir is heavy in thiol-producing properties, which takes low-level hop characteristics and ramps them up to 11. When added to hoppy beers (hello!) the result is a wildly aromatic and flavour-rich beer dripping in tropical goodness.
When we got our hands on Yakima Chief Hop’s new YCH303 trial hop pellets, which blends aromatic Cryo Pop hops with Phantasm, we couldn’t not get saturated with it! Ultra Saturation Hazy IPA is the product of attentive brewing, revolutionary ingredients and a whole lotta love. Enjoy it fresh and embrace the thiols.
Ultra Saturation will be available at 12:00 noon today (July 19th) at the Cabin Brewing taproom and online store, and soon at select beer retailers in Alberta.
