AYR, ON – Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery has announced the release of its latest small batch ale.
Legless West Coast Pale Ale (5.5% abv):
West coast, best coast, right? We know east coast has definitely been in vogue the last few years but we feel the tides are changing and Legless is us just riding the surf. This beer was fermented with lager yeast and dry hopped with Citra, Motueka & Amarillo to give it a clean/drier mouthfeel while maintaining the hoppy profile. The result is a dry and bitter pale that’s jam packed with tropical fruit and the lingering bitterness you need to call yourself a true west coaster.
Legless Lassi IPA is available now at at the Willibald retail shop and online store.
