TORONTO, ON – Great Lakes Brewery has announced the release of a new beer that is both rustic and elegant.
Jasmine Saison Farmhouse Ale (4.5% abv):
Jasmine pours light straw, almost clear with pure snow cap. The long grain Jasmine rice is immediately evident with a bright floral aroma which carries through in the taste, followed by grassy notes and a subtle farmhouse funk. The finish is crisp and dry, thanks to a highly effervescent mouthfeel. Rather than calling it an adjunct, we prefer to call the Jasmine rice an elegant addition to this refreshing saison.
Jasmine Saison will be available starting at 11:00 AM today at both GLB retail stores and the brewery’s online shop.
