LONDON, ON – Beerlab! has announced the release of two new summer seasonals.
Secret Stairways IPA (6.1% abv):
Summer is in full swing, so we thought it was time to bring back one of our favourite hops, Galaxy. We utilized Phantasm in the whirlpool, then brought in Galaxy, Mosaic and Idaho 7 for the dryhop. Aromas we’re getting are peach, fresh squeezed orange juice, mango and English marmalade.
Home Is Where DIPA (7.1% abv):
We’re really enjoying Phantasm and seeing how it works with new hops and our “classic” hops. Massive aromas of fresh apricots, freshly squeezed citrus juice, peach, passionfruit and that light hit of pine resin.
