PARADISE, NL – Banished Brewing has announced the release of a new beer in partnership with a local community organization.
Paddles Up Hibiscus & Raspberry Sour (5% abv) was created in collaboration with the Avalon Dragons, a group that the brewery describes as follows:
The Avalon Dragons are an active, supportive group of breast cancer survivors that use dragon boating as a way to increase fitness levels for their members. Through dragon boating, these amazing women offer a way to help their members regain a sense of control over their lives. These women are unbelievable, and we are very proud to have gotten the opportunity to become as close with them as we have.
Paddles Up is available now at the Banished Brewing retail shop, and soon at select beer retailers. 50 cents from each can sold will go to the Avalon Dragons.
