TORONTO, ON – Amsterdam Brewery has announced the two new releases in its Adventure Brews series of small-batch beers.
New Ruin Italian Pilsner (5.4% abv):
Fermented with an experimental yeast strain from Lallemand, this pilsner has a floral bouquet from the abundant late kettle additions of German grown Saphir, Perle, and Tradition hops. A mild fruitiness accompanies the light bitterness and crisp finish.
High Tide Hefeweizen (5% abv):
Hitting the banana and clove aromas that characterize the style, this classically inspired German Ale has a light body and pleasant effervescence.
Both beers are available now at the Amsterdam Brewery retail stores and online shop.
