MEAFORD, ON – Still Fields Brewery has announced the release of its latest limited edition beer.
Wild Ale Lilac & Honey (5.6% abv):
Wild Ale Lilac & Honey was made by taking our base wild ale (a spontaneously fermented saison) and conditioning it on lilac in barrels. After three months we blended it with honey, utilizing the honey as a sugar source for bottling and secondary fermentation to naturally carbonate the beer. Delicate floral notes with crisp acidity and a subtle honey finish.
Wild Ale Lilac & Honey is available now at the Still Fields retail store and online shop.
