HUDSON, QC – Microbrasserie Cardinal Brewing has announced the release of a new seasonal beer for autumn.
Oktoberfest Märzen (5.5% abv):
The rich German malty aroma and flavour of this dark lager is balanced by the clean bitterness of peppery Tettnanger hops and a smooth and creamy taste. Pairs well with grilled meats or veggies, alpine cheese, sausages, or schnitzel. Best served in your favourite stein!
Oktoberfest Märzen is available now at the Cardinal taproom and retail store, and will also be one of the featured beers at the brewery’s second annual Oktoberfest beer and music festival, taking place on September 23rd to 25th, 2022.
