#43 Sweet & Sour Pork (6% abv):
We are so excited for this collaboration with our friends, Jing-A, a Chinese brewery based out of Beijing. This brewery is known for its use of Chinese ingredients such as red rice koji, ginger, and Sichuan pepper. This brew was made to replicate the beautiful and yummy sweet and sour pork dish we all know and love (but don’t worry – no pork was harmed in the making of this beer!) A blend of pineapple purée, hibiscus, ginger, and MSG were brewed together as a nod to the Chinese dish.
#43 Sweet & Sour Pork is available now at the Collective Arts retail stores in Toronto and Hamilton, and the brewery’s online shop.
