This year’s brew features Costa Rican La Lia beans from our favourite neighbours, Pilot Coffee Roasters, chosen for the notes of cantaloupe and honey that the unique terroir and processing techniques of this special bean impart. We add the coffee beans for the final 48 hours of cold conditioning to gently extract all of the incredible aroma and flavour – think cold brew! Bricks & Mortar Coffee Porter is a smooth and complex beer that, like Fall, is here for a good time, not a long time so swing by for a pour today.
