ORO-MEDONTE, ON – Quayle’s Brewery has announced the release of the latest in its Cabin Fever series of sour ales.
Cabin Fever Ginger Lime (4.7% abv):
Cabin Fever Ginger Lime was tested out in November 2020 with a single keg that was slipped into our tap rotation. It was sampled on flights and soon guests returned for full pours. Three hours later, the keg tapped out! We released a small batch last year and here it is again for it’s 2022 tour. As always, it is a kettle soured beer, fermented with ginger and lime puree and hopped with 100% Centennial hops grown on our farm.
