TORONTO, ON – Bandit Brewery has announced the latest release in its Longwave series of single-barrel-aged beers.
Longwave 41.1 (6.6% abv):
Longwave 41.1 is a sour wild ale aged in a Sauvignon Blanc barrel fermented with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, & Pediococcus. It exhibits a variety of complex flavours such as fruity, funky, barnyardy and white wine.
Longwave 41.1 is available now at the Bandit Brewery retail store and online shop.
