Blood Brothers Brewing Releases New Editions of Despeciation IPA and Paradise Lost Sour

TORONTO, ON – Blood Brothers Brewing has announced the release of two new installments in its ongoing series of tropical fruit sours, as well as the second edition in a series of hop-forward beers focussed on Ontario-grown ingredients.

Paradise Lost Guava Galaxy (6% abv):

Another delicious riff on our favourite tropical fruit! The addition of Galaxy hops lends a soft strawberry character to the aroma, with citrus and pineapple finishing out this breezy tropical punch. Expect a balanced and soft sour profile and shared smiles for miles.

Paradise Lost Summer Parfait (6% abv):

Our last Paradise Lost of the summer is a medium dry affair, with a headwind of candied tropical fruit, a tailwind of stone fruit, the tartness of pineapple and it all lands with a sweet kiss of vanilla at the finish. What a way to wrap up the best season in Ontario!

Despeciation IPA with Centennial, Citra & Simcoe (6% abv):

By using a majority of Ontario ingredients we are establishing our belief that we can indeed “build it here”, that eastern Canada has the ability to produce the highest quality grains, yeast, and hops. Our time is gonna come, in other words. In the meantime, enjoy a full-bodied IPA with notes of pineapple & melon and a light finish of orange pith for a perfectly balanced bitterness.

All three beers are available now at the Blood Brothers taproom and online shop.
