ELORA, ON – Elora Brewing has announced the release of a pair of seasonal beers for Oktoberfest celebrations.
Autumn Logger Märzenbier (5.5% abv):
Our decadent, German-style amber lager made with all Canadian malts. This Märzenbier boasts a rich, malty backbone and was lagered thoroughly for a clean bitterness and a smooth, dry finish. It pours a rich, dark amber, and has a warm body and full mouthfeel (the perfect combo alongside cooler weather.) Prost to one of our favourite times of year!
Wise Dunkelweizen (4.5% abv):
A full-bodied, German-style Dunkelweizen (basically a cross between a Dunkel and a hefeweizen), this dark wheat ale has notes of banana and clove, and pours a deep, hazy, ruby brown. Will one drink make you wiser? Probably not. Two? Maybe. Three? Hmm…
