The Exchange Brewery Releases Devil To Pay Farmhouse Ale

NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE, ON – The Exchange Brewery has announced the release of a barrel-aged ale inspired by the classic Whiskey Sour cocktail.

Devil To Pay (5.4% abv):

Sailors once added fruit juice to whiskey and rum casks to prevent scurvy on long voyages. This practice is one of the debated origins of the cocktail. This light farmhouse ale was brewed with lemon peel and sea salt then aged in Bourbon barrels for eight months. Imagine light aromas of whiskey blended with a sour citrus zip.

Devil To Pay is available now exclusively at select LCBO locations while supplies last.
