ORO-MEDONTE, ON – Quayle’s Brewery has announced the release of its latest fresh hop beer.
Bull Chute Fresh Hop IPA (7% abv):
We have taken our Big Chute IPA and given it a huge hit of fresh Cascade, layering orange and mango flavours on top of the usual stone fruit and pine. The name is quite appropriate in our case, as the first hop vines that come out in the spring are called bull shoots. These vines lead the way for the rest of the plant to grow. The bull shoot is also the thickest vine so, when the others wrap themselves around it, they are better protected from getting damaged by the elements.
