CALGARY, AB – The Establishment Brewing Company has announced the release of a new limited edition wild ale.
A Lingering Love (6.7% abv):
This mixed culture beer is unblended and fermented on second-use nectarines. Rye malt and Saison yeast ground this beer, with the former adding a slightly spicy element that plays ever so nicely with the black pepper and fruity contributions of the latter. Adding compliment to comfort, we used minimal aged hops to tip the olfactible scales in our favour and deliver funky notes of marmalade that we’re sure will be music to everyone’s cilia.
A Lingering Love is available now at the Establishment retail shop and online store while supplies last.
