Cold Comfort India Pale Lager (6.7% abv):
Cold Comfort is everything we love about crispy bois, and punchy IPAs. We fermented this lager hella cold to keep the fermentation profile tight, and piled heaps of Nelson Sauvin in there to give it a huge, complex and elegant hop bouquet.
Cold Comfort is available now at the Fairweather taproom and online shop.
